Your donation will be used to support the administrative and programming costs for The Maple Center, Inc.

• A gift of $25.00 can provide funds to discount a Tai Chi class for a senior citizen who might not otherwise be able to attend these classes that can benefit patients with arthritis and diabetes.

• A gift of $50.00 can provide prenatal vitamins to expectant mothers who might not otherwise be able to purchase these supplements vital to the development of their babies.
• A gift of $100.00 can provide incentive awards of new car seats to women who successfully participate in our tobacco cessation program for expectant mothers.
• A gift of $250.00* can help to sponsor future community health education seminars.
• A gift of $500.00* can help to provide Doula support to new mothers who cannot afford the fees charged for this service.
• A gift of $1000.00* can provide a computer and printer for the Dr. John Black Memorial Resource Library that is scheduled to open in 2007. Patient access to Internet research will equip and empower patients to make the best health care choices.

The Maple Center Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers value the support of our donors and at times publicly recognize our donors. Please advise us if you would prefer to remain anonymous. The Maple Center is a nonprofit  501(c)(3) public charity and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
