Farms 2 Forks Weekends in Chicago!
Farms 2 Forks Weekend is not about diet—they teach you about changing how you approach the food you eat. Nothing is more intimate and personal than what you put into your mouth each day. When you learn the “why” and “how” of food—including why the Standard American Diet is so hard on the body, what foods to wean yourself off of and which foods to integrate into your diet and how to do this—your entire life can be transformed.
