The Maple Center, Inc.

Nonprofit for Integrative Health

Dear Friends of The Maple Center for Integrative Health,

Our annual letter is an invitation for you to partner with The Maple Center to support our mission to provide integrative health education and clinical services which combine the best of modern medicine and complementary care.  Once again we ask for your generous gifts of time, talents and/or funds.  The sustainability of this nonprofit which envisions optimal health for the Wabash Valley Community depends on all of us!  The Maple Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

This annual letter has a list of our 2012 accomplishments which have been supported by many volunteers and donors.  One of our offerings, CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program), is an 8 week lifestyle changing program presented by The Maple Center for Integrative Health.  Thus far CHIP has helped to educate over 275 people how to take charge of their own health.  We’d like to shout the benefits and results from the rooftops.  Results include prevention, arrest and reversal of chronic diseases such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, general aches and pains, and much more.  It is thrilling to see the changes participants experience.  The Maple Center is delighted to have already presented six CHIP classes and plans are underway for CHIP 7 which will start March 2013.  Many individuals have been able to attend the CHIP classes due to scholarship assistance made possible by the generosity of donors and a grant from the Wabash Valley Community Foundation. These funds are now nearly exhausted.
